Science:   We will begin our first science unit this week.  During October and November we will be learning about trees:  What does a tree look like?  What are the parts of a tree?  Is a tree living?  How does a tree grow?  How are trees used?  How do trees change in each season?  What are some different types of trees?  We will be observing trees on the school grounds to help us answer these questions and learn even more about trees.

You can even click here to visit the FOSS website and click on TREES to help your child learn even more about trees!
